The Plant Breeding Section is engaged in research programs addressing the following
issues:

Plant breeding with conventional and innovative technologies. The Section partecipates
to several national and international research projects, focusing either on
specific crops (sugarbeet, potato, hemp, bean), or on the development and application
of advanced tools for plant genetic improvement.
